Breastfeeding is not just the best way to feed your newborn, it’s the *superior* way. Your own milk is always the right recipe, always the right temperature and always free!

Something so natural and so right should come natural, but it often does not. So many of us don’t have sisters or aunties who can show us the way and we struggle in the first days and weeks.

Taking a breastfeeding class can ease your mind and head off some of the early struggles.
